The Tassel of His Cloak (Limited Edition)

 

In 1995, while listening to this Gospel miracle during Church, this design just "popped into my head".

Later that day, other ideas started to "flow" in my mind & heart of how to illustrate Scripture passages on ornaments, and so, SACRED SEASON was born.

In this famous miracle, a woman who was desperately ill for 12 years, crawled through the crowd around Jesus -- utterly convinced that if she could only touch the hem of His garment, that she would be healed.

As she grasped the tassel on the hem of His cloak, Jesus felt His power going forth from Him, and turned to her, saying: "Your faith has healed you."
(Mark -- Chapter 5)

There are many kinds of healings -- physical, emotional and spiritual -- the healing of relationships and of the crushing heartbreak of loss.

 

My hope is that this design will always be a tender reminder that

Jesus never refused to heal anyone -- and that Jesus still heals all hurts.
