Over and over again, the Bible is filled with stories of
God "doing the impossible" before crowds of onlookers.
All four of the Gospels provide us with one of the most
Famous miracle accounts in Scripture,
Where Jesus fed a multitude with just a few loaves of bread & fish.
In Matthew's account, Jesus dismisses the concerns of His disciples,
Who cannot imagine what Jesus can do to feed the hungry people.
But, after Jesus blesses the five loaves and two fish,
There was more than enough to feed
The crowd of 5,000 men, plus women and children.
In fact, so much food was left over,
That 12 baskets of food were collected,
So that it wouldn't be wasted.
So, too -- with faith in God, we will have plenty in
our own lives -- and plenty to share.
